    Description
    The project generally involves the modifications to existing concrete tankage, supply and installation of new concrete tankage, preselected process equipment, lift station, site access, and parking, yard piping, and process buildings. The Work also includes the renovation and reuse of the existing blower and pump rooms adjacent to the sludge holding tank, and the replacement of process equipment and the cover for the sludge holding tank. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to site grading, drainage, and site improvements; gravel access road; interior and exterior walls, doors, windows, roof, complete with coatings and paint where applicable; mechanical systems as specified; extension of existing site water service; interior and exterior electrical systems and lighting; process control and instrumentation system; and all work as specified in the Project Drawings.
