Description
The Municipality of the District of Shelburne (hereafter referred to as ‘Municipality’) is seeking to establish a contract for a review of its Regional Materials Recovery Facility (RMRF) site design. This review will include recommendations for necessary upgrades to meet new regulations and permitting requirements. These recommendations should allow for increased capacity of the waste transfer station to meet our growing population and expansion requirements.
