MET26-03 Security Services

This RFP No MET26-03 requires the provision of comprehensive security services for NSPHA properties, including but not limited to stationary and mobile security, parking patrol and enforcement, fire watch, incident response, supervision, and reporting. Deliverables include qualified and licensed personnel, required equipment and technology, patrol and incident logs, and compliance with NSPHA policies and applicable legislation. The RFP also includes a limited tenant assistance component to support NSPHA with specific tenancy-related activities as required. Services may be delivered on a scheduled or as-required basis to address operational needs and ensure continuity of service.
