REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (COMPACT LOADER) MUNICIPALITY OF THE DISTRICT OF GUYSBOROUGH The Municipality of the District of Guysborough is seeking proposals for the provision of a new Compact Loader for the Municipal Public Works Department. The proposed machine shall be sized at approx. 50+ HP, width not to exceed 1400mm, hydrostatic 4-wheel drive, certified ROPS safety frame, steering wheel preferred over joystick control. Any and all makes and models of new machines of a similar size and capabilities will be considered. Proposal must include complete specifications for the proposed machine, a repair and maintenance package, a standard & 5-year warranty package and a scheduled maintenance plan. Any and all other benefit packages related to the maintenance and operations of the machine will be considered. Proposal package including minimum requirements and required submission forms are available from the undersigned. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any of all Proposals. Selection process for the purchase of this loader will consider the following: warranty package, overall suitability of loader and purchase price. Sealed proposals clearly marked “Proposal – Compact Loader” shall be submitted to the undersigned on or before Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 2 pm.
