Description
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE DISTRICT OF GUYSBOROUGH IS SEEKING THE PROVISION OF ONE (1) NEW 4x4 HALF TON TRUCK. The Municipality of the District of Guysborough invites bids for the purchase of one (1) New 4x4 Half Ton Truck for the Department of Emergency Services. Proposal must include: Complete specifications for the truck proposed. Note: If the proponent is pricing more that one option, a separate package of specifications and pricing schedule must be submitted for each option proposed. Proposal Documents shall be requested from the undersigned via fax or email. Complete information on the standard warranty package for the trucks and pricing for available extended warranty must be included. Sealed proposals plainly marked “Half Ton for Emergency Services - MODG” will be received at the office of the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, 33 Pleasant Street, Guysborough. Until 2:00pm., Friday May 15th, 2026. Opening immediately after closing. Proposals must include pricing completed on the standard Quotation/Schedule of Prices provided in APPENDIX A as the prices on this form will be used to compare proposals.
