Description
Halifax Water requests quotations for a portfolio of services that will enable the supply of utility bill and document printing, mail preparation and handling, bill archiving, online portal presentment, and associated services. The proposed solution will require seamless processing of complex and high-volume data to meet billing and collections production requirements. Implementing a new Halifax Water bill design is included in scope for the services being requested. We seek a single point of contact for supply of services, support, maintenance and billing.
