Description
Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB), operating as a division of Link Nova Scotia, is the issuing public body and procuring authority for the purposes of this Request for Proposal. HHB is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide engineering services for the assessment and detailed design of navigation and aviation lighting system upgrades on the A. Murray MacKay Bridge (AMM). The proponent shall be responsible for reviewing existing conditions, defining technical requirements and performance specifications, and preparing design and tender documents for the proposed upgrades.
