Description
The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”) wishes to find a qualified Contractor to complete the following Work: • General repairs to standing seam metal roofing at Roof Area 203. • Replacement of modified bituminous (“mod. bit.”) roof system at Roof Areas 102, 301, and 401. • Replacement of ballasted EPDM roofing with mod. bit. roofing systems at Roof Areas 101, 201, and 202. • Install all metal flashings, transitions, and accessories associated with a complete roofing package. To this end, East Hants is seeking Tenders from the marketplace to as specified in the attached drawings and statement of requirements (Project Manual).
