    Description
    By means of this request for pre-qualification (RFPQ), Saint Mary’s University is seeking a partner to assist in the delivery of a superior student life experience through an on-campus student residence solution. Prospective proponents are to submit responses that demonstrate their ability to partner with Saint Mary’s to be part of this ongoing solution. This solution generally includes the following and is further defined in Appendix D – RFPQ deliverables. • The purchase and redevelopment of existing student residence facility and could range from design-build-finance to design-build-finance-maintain-operate (“DBFMO”) that facility going forward; and • The development of a new building that could range from, design-build-finance to design-build-finance-maintain-operate. This new building is to include student residence and could include other academic, retail, and other Saint Mary’s related uses (potentially including but not be limited to student services, bookstore, meeting rooms, conference spaces). This building is to be located on one of two potential sites on Saint Mary’s campus.
