    Description
The NSLC invites qualified IT suppliers to submit proposals to become our SAP hosting AND application managed services partner for our production and non-production systems. The NSLC runs SAP for its core business and the expert care and management of this application is a priority within the company. We are looking for an experienced partner who runs SAP on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for other corporations and who has the complete capabilities to keep our key application running as efficiently as possible with minimal downtime. SAP Managed Services includes the ability to provide SAP BASIS Administration/ Application Management, Database Management, and overall support services, in addition to cloud infrastructure services. The full set of our requirements is contained in the NRFP. The NSLC entered our current SAP Hosting & Managed Service Partnership in 2018. Our current partner is exiting the SAP space, and we are looking for a new partner to provide this service. Our current state architecture and services are informing this RFP, as we go back to market. There may be an option to expand on the services that we contract but the primary focus is an as-is to as-is initiative. The result of this NRFP will be the negotiation of a multi-year master services contract for ongoing support, maintenance, and further strategic evolution of the SAP environment. Our preferred model is to remain in GCP, and that the existing GCP tenant will be seamlessly administered by the selected Proponent. The NSLC relies on hosting partners to manage their cloud environments and does not have any direct contracts with GCP or other cloud providers. The NSLC prefers that the selected proponent would be considered the cloud provider customer. If that is not possible, then the proponent needs to provide a solution that provides the NSLC with one point of contact for any concerns related to this hosted environment. The NSLC does not want to be in the position of having to be a liaison between cloud provider and the proponent for any infrastructure issues.”
