Description
The work consists of the removal and disposal of existing roofing materials and supply & installation of new roofing materials as per the specifications included tender document. There are 9 areas of the existing facility requiring new roofing – described in the tender documents. New gutter and downspouts to all renovated roof areas requiring same (ie replace where existing). Replacement of missing fascia to allow for the installation of the gutters.
