Description
TOA’s Electric Utility is seeking a qualified Project Planner to support the planning and scoping of distribution system upgrades associated with the utility's transition from 4/12kV to 25 kV. The successful proponent will work closely with utility staff and engineering consultants to develop a comprehensive implementation plan for the distribution system conversion. This role will focus on defining project scope, sequencing work, identifying resource requirements, and establishing a practical execution strategy that minimizes customer impacts while supporting the overall modernization of the electric utility.
