Description
The Town is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide professional planning services for a one year term. There will be a possible opportunity to extend this contract with the mutual agreement of both parties. Services to be provided will include, and may not be limited to, subdivision review, land use amendment review, land use bylaw implementation support, Municipal Planning Strategy implementation support, discretionary development permit review, Utility and Review Board (URB) assistance, and mentoring of Planning and Development Staff.
