The prevention of Psychological Injury is the next frontier of injury prevention for Nova Scotia and the WCB continues to play an important role in the Workplace Safety and Insurance System (WSIS) to support industry and employers in creating awareness, providing information and resources and delivering coaching services relatable to evolving safety management systems to include psychological safety.
