Video Conferencing Equipment, Software and Services for the Justice Video Network

This Request for Bids ("RFB") seeks to procure a service integrator and managed service provider to meet the Ministry’s need for video conferencing and audio-visual equipment, software and services for the province of Ontario.

The Ministry requires a vendor to deliver all aspects of audio-visual and video conferencing solutions for the justice sector in Ontario. This will include support for existing installed audio-visual and video conferencing equipment in 900+ rooms across the province; design and build services, procuring and installing audio-visual and video conferencing systems; the provision of services for video conferencing call control and communications management; the provision of video meeting services for multi-party meetings; the provision of network services to all video conferencing locations across the province; and the overall service management, integration and support for the Ministry’s justice video network. The vendor will act as service integrator and be responsible for all deliverables of this managed service.
