The objective of this RFB is to develop a VOR arrangement in support of the following:
• To provide full service, planning and end-to-end talent search and acquisition services;
• To enhance and inform key people practices and decisions, career development and mobility through individual assessment and coaching services; and
• To meet career transition support services for managers and executives.
The resulting VOR will replace the 2021 Leadership Talent Services VOR Tender 14107, which will expire in July 2023.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
