Description
The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for ROOF REPLACEMENT including,
- Replace roof sections A, B, C, and D. with new 2 ply modified bitumen roof system. (the entire roof will be replaced) approximately 13,250 sq ft.
- All roof drains and vent stacks shall be replaced with new
- Remove and replace roof curbing of any equipment prior to project 2023-2024.
- Remove and reinstate all solar panels, exhaust fans, stairs, ladders, gas lines, equipment supports, conduit supports with new.
- Install new plumbing under roof drains and insulate to parameters in M&E contract drawings
- Remove and install new cap flashings, insulation, parapet walls, drip flashings, wall flashings, and siding.
- Remove and install new roof hatch, and increase ladder in height,
as further described herein at:

Schedule
All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about June 29, 2026.
ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 26, 2026.
