Description
The purpose of this project is for the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) to select and retain a third-party provider for a multi-year contract to conduct standardized, cyclical assessments on the physical condition of hospitals and other publicly funded health service providers (HSPs) in Ontario as part of the Ministry’s Facilities Condition Assessment Program (FCAP).
This RFB includes the following Service Categories:
Deliverable A: Data Transition In Services
Deliverable B: Conduct Pilot Assessments
Deliverable C: Facility Condition Assessment Services
Deliverable D: Assessment Application, Support, and Data Integrity Services
Deliverable E: Training and User Support Services
