HMMS believes that the following procurement qualifies as a sole source or single source procurement. The purpose of this Advanced Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to determine if there are other proponents capable of meeting the requirements of the procurement for the following equipment for HMMS, on behalf of Ivey Eye Institute.

The Silverstone UWF is a unique ophthalmic imaging device used to examine the retina, optic nerves and macula. It combines proprietary Optos UWF imaging technology with image-guided Swept-Source OCT to provide a complete tool for assessment of retina structure and health. Term 3 years + 2 Option Years. 3 years warranty included
