Description
Realty Services are required to assess and meet the real estate needs of mentally incapable clients under the guardianship of the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT), and for estates administered by the OPGT. The OPGT has a responsibility to secure Realty Services on behalf of its clients and estates, in a cost-effective, transparent, and efficient manner.
