The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for ROOFING, GYM CURTAIN, PYLON SIGN & COURTYARD RENOVATIONS including,
- Replace roofing sections A and C.
- Replace select aged mechanical units on roof as required.
- Replace existing folding gym partition wall with a new manually operated divider curtain.
- Repair and paint existing partition enclosure.
- Renovate and install new courtyard entrances.
- Install new roadside Pylon sign complete with digital display.
- Replace washroom partitions as required.
- Paint various selected areas.
- Replace Fire Alarm Control Panel.
- Replace selected windows and interior doors.
- Replace selected millwork.
- Replace current lighting to LED in selected areas.
- Schedule

All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about June 28, 2024.
ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 30, 2024.
