Description
The Corporation invites Proposals from qualified solution providers for a water utility-focused customer portal in support of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project. The Corporation is looking for a bilingual (English and French) web-based application with customer-facing access to consumption and bill data, and a utility-facing web-based dashboard and reporting feature sets as outlined in this Request for Proposals.
