Supply and Delivery of One (1) Instrument System for Measuring Trace Levels of Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, and Xylenes (BTEX) and 1,3-Butadiene in Ambient Air

The objective of this RFB is for the Vendor to supply and deliver one (1) new real-time monitoring system for the analysis and continuous monitoring of VOCs, specifically benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (“BTEX”) and 1,3-butadiene, in ambient air at trace levels using a gas chromatograph with a flame ionization detector (“GC-FID”), as well as associated system components for operation of the instruments (including, but not limited to, communications modules, a hydrogen generator, dilution module, and zero air generator) (collectively each a “GC-FID VOC monitoring system”).

The provision of the GC-FID VOC monitoring system is to support the Ministry’s ambient air monitoring programs.
