This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Catharines to prospective Proponents to develop and implement a communications and marketing campaign to promote the City of St. Catharines Employee Value Proposition, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
