This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for three interrelated economic development assessments as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
