Description
The objective of this bid call is to invite contractors to bid on repairing asphalt in areas of concern within the Administration parking lot at Sandalwood Transit Facility to maintain state of good repair.
Scope of Work: removal of deteriorated asphalt pavement and replace with a concrete slab-on-grade at the main bus maintenance garage drive lane. Asphalt repairs around catch basin locations and reinstall existing catch basins in parking area. Repaint traffic markings.
Substantial Completion is August 31,2026.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s).
