The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENT & UNIVERSAL WASHROOM including,
- Install new barrier free fire alarm system.
- Remove existing fire alarm system.
- Existing fire alarm system must remain operation until new system has been fully commissioned
- Install new washroom to meet Ontario Building Code accessibility standards for a universal washroom.
- Construction to be completed summer of 2026.

Schedule
All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about June 29, 2026.
ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 28, 2026.
