The objective of this Request for Bids is to establish a multi-vendor, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Courier Services that is mandatory for the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and optional for Non-OPS Entities across the province.
The Ontario Government requires Vendor(s) with the necessary experience and infrastructure to perform Courier Services throughout the Province of Ontario, nationally (to anywhere in Canada), the United States and other international destinations.
Courier Services are widely used throughout the Ontario Government and are critical to OPS and Non-OPS Entity operations.
