This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Proposed Addition to the Archives Building at 286 King Street, as a Progressive Design Build, as further described in the RFP documentation.
