Public Opinion Research Services Vendor of Record (VOR)
This RFB is an open invitation by Supply Ontario (“SO”) to all interested firms (“Proponents”) to provide design, implementation, and support services for quantitative and qualitative Public Opinion Research and research data / analysis services. The Proponent, by responding to this RFP, confirms it is capable of supplying and delivering the requirements to Government of Ontario ministries, agencies and other eligible entities as set out in this RFB.
The RFB objectives are to establish a VOR arrangement with multiple Proponents for the provision of Public Opinion Research Services according to the specifications more fully described in the Scope of Work of this RFP. Proponents may seek qualification for one, or all, of the three (3) available Research Streams: Quantitative, Qualitative, and Research Data / Analysis Services.
The term of the agreement will be for four (4) years commencing September 3, 2024.
The Selected Proponents will be requested to enter into an agreement with SO for the provision of the scope of work and deliverables described in the RFB “Deliverables.”
There is no limit to the number of vendors for each Research Stream on this VOR arrangement.
All existing contracted research vendors must re-qualify for the new VOR arrangement.
The VOR arrangement will be for mandatory use by all Government of Ontario ministries, agencies and OPS entities; and for optional for use by eligible public sector organizations; and Legislative Assembly, regardless of value when acquiring the Services.
