This Request for Tenders is for the replacement of the K Wing Roof at Michael Garron Hospital, 825 Coxwell Avenue, Toronto, ON M4C 3E7. Technical documents and product specifications form an integral part of this RFT process and are distributed with the RFT Documents. Please refer to Appendix 3 for a list of technical documents issued at the time of issuance of this RFT.
The project needs to be substantially performed within 9 weeks of award to minimize exposure to potential winter weather conditions.
Please be advised that this RFT includes a Contractor Qualification Stage.

The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s).
