This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Utilities Kingston to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Water Heater Replacement Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Request for Quotation was developed to enable Utilities Kingston to select a company to complete water heater replacement installations on our behalf, at competitive pricing and represents Utilities Kingston by demonstrating our values in interacting with our customers.
As multi-utility service provider Utilities Kingston provides a variety of services that include water heater rentals which are fueled by electricity and natural gas. Utilities Kingston seeks quotations from qualified vendors interested in being the primary non-exclusive water heater replacement service provider for Utilities Kingston.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
