Consulting Services for the Design and Contract Administration for the Expansion of East Roads Operation Centre - Phase 2

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposals. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for the Expansion of the East Roads Operation Center at 10988 and 10990 Warden Avenue in Markham, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The RFP document includes Appendices O, P and S. In addition, Proponents will be provided with the confidential Appendices F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, Q, R, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, AA, and BB conditional upon the delivery by email to Nanda Persaud, Senior Procurement Specialist, the Procurement Office nanda.persaud@york.ca of:
• A signed Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Agreement in the form of or substantially in the form set forth in Schedule A Confidentiality Agreement.

Upon the Region’s review and approval of a fully executed Confidentiality Agreement, Appendices F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, Q, R, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, AA,  and BB will be made available through a secure website (log in details will be provided).
