Right of Way (ROW) Repairs

The purpose of this Tender is to procure for the Corporation of the Town of Halton Hills a construction Contractor to supply all equipment, labour, tools and materials as necessary to provide and complete on an “as required basis” roadway and miscellaneous repair works on the Town’s right-of-way.  Works proposed within this Tender are comprised of a Part A and a Part B. Contractors are invited to bid on Part-A, Part-B or both Parts A & B.

Part-A.

Could include the installation or isolated repairs of asphalt roadways, multi-use   trails, driveways, concrete curbs, catchbasin, maintenance holes, sidewalks, boulevards, Town facility parking lots, park trails and/or pathways, or miscellaneous works as directed by the Corporation’s Representative (Transportation, Public Works, Engineering & Construction, and Development Engineering) that may be required throughout the Town of Halton Hills.

Part-B. 

The installation of asphalt traffic calming speed humps, speed cushions and raised crosswalks.

Note

The Tender may be awarded to one (1) Contractor consisting of both Parts A & B, OR awarded separately to two (2) separate Contractors, one (1) Contractor awarded Part-A and one (1) Contractor awarded Part-B.  Tender award will be based on best overall value to the Town of Halton Hills.

All vendors shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at  https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFT which will enable the Vendor to download the RFT, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Tenders electronically through the Bidding System.
