    Description
An electronic Request for Bids (eRFB) for the development of a Forest Biomass Market Pathways Report that identifies the current and future market demand for bioproducts made from Ontario’s Forest Biomass.

The successful consultant will develop a report in two Phases (Phase 1: 2022-23, Phase 2: 2023-24).

In the Phase 1, the Vendor will develop an industry-level analysis of current and near-term (to 2030) users of forest biomass; and develop two firm, or facility-level case studies.

In Phase 2, the Vendor (building from Phase 1) will conduct a longer term (2030-2050) industry/sector level analysis to identify new potential users for forest biomass/bioproducts that are candidates for supply chain integration; and complete two detailed market pathway case studies by identifying two association, firm or facility-level participants.

The Vendor will also help to communicate the results of the investigation by developing and delivering accompanying Phase 1 and Phase 2 presentations outlining the findings from each Phase.
