The OCRC is looking to engage a partner who can deliver an Omni Channel Customer Service and Support Solution (the ‘Solution’) for our customer support operations that service both eCommerce and wholesale customers via phone, webform, email and webchat. The successful proponent shall deliver a cloud-based solution that is readily configurable, with minimal, if any development required to satisfy the requirements under this RFP.
