Description
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: The following is a list of prequalified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Proposal under Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) Master Agreement #2024-461:
- CDW Canada
- Compugen Inc.
- Dell Technologies
Any proposals received from proponents not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Purchase of end-user computing (EUC) devices as well services related to the EUC devices. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
- Mandatory Technical Requirements Checklist: Proponents must comply with all Mandatory Requirements listed in Mandatory Technical Requirements Checklist in the Bidding Website
- Devices Technical Proposal Matrix: Proponents must complete and submit Appendix E - Devices Technical Proposal Matrix
- Services Technical Proposal Matrix: Proponents must complete and submit Appendix F - Services Technical Proposal Matrix
MEETING: A site visit / information meeting will not be held for this RFP.
