SS2024-2 - Supply of Parking Pay Stations
The Municipality of Clarington intends to single source this equipment to J.J. McKay.
Notice of Intended Procurement with the above noted single source for the supply of parking pay stations. As part of Clarington’s efforts to modernize its services and create efficient, cost-effective processes, the Municipality is removing approximately 171 older style coin-operated parking machines in downtown Bowmanville and replacing those machines with strategically placed pay and display parking machines that will provided ease of use and improved customer experience. The replacement meters will have the ability to accept coin, credit card or debit card payment.
Estimated Timeframe for delivery of goods or service or duration of contract: Fall of 2024.
Number of suppliers/contracts to be awarded: One (1).
Name of trade agreements that is applicable to the procurement: the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Estimated procurement date: Third quarter of 2024.
