Description

The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for AIR CONDITIONING, SOLAR & SITE WORKS including

  • Provide air conditioning and ventilation.
  • Decommission existing sanitary septic system.
  • Parking Lot
  • Highway Widening
  • New exterior pylon sign with digital display.
  • Chain link fencing.
  • Solar.
  • Replace and upgrade Electrical service.
  • Replace exterior doors,

as further described herein at:

Schedule

All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about July 2, 2026. 

ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 25, 2027.
