Description
The OCRC presently tracks Consumer and Licensed Cannabis Retailers (“Retailers”) satisfaction and feedback to highlight pain points and areas of opportunities to improve the customer journey and provide a frictionless experience for customers through the Consumer (“OCS.ca”) and Retailer Wholesale (“B2B”) portals.

The OCRC is seeking the provision of services from a proponent to support the on-going collection and sharing of insights and research project delivery to support the following OCRC stakeholder channels:
1) Consumer Stakeholder Channel
2) Retailer Stakeholder Channel

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
