The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for ROOFING REPLACEMENT including;
- Replace the roofing sections A and D comprising of approximately 9,720 square feet, with 2 ply modified bitumen roof system with a design criterion of 2% slope,
- Replace roof top mechanical units as required,
- Schedule

All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about July 2, 2024.
ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 26, 2024.
