Description
Regulatory, statutory and tender notices provide information to all affected and interested parties throughout the province. They are typically scheduled with short lead times, resulting in media placement, creative production and material distribution being executed under extremely tight and inflexible deadlines. Most notices are placed in print and digital media formats.
The AOR works with Government Ministries and Agency organizations individually and directly with their recruitment advertising needs. Media selection is digital, print and occasionally radio.
The selected bidder will plan and purchase all required media and produce creative materials utilizing branded template formats that conform to prescribed Government of Ontario visual identity guidelines. The assignment many include English, French, Indigenous and multicultural placements.
Please note this not a request for Human Resources services.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 48 month(s).
