    Description

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This procurementincludes but is not limited to rehabilitation of the culvert on various Regional locations. The Work shall include all professional, technical and design services, and include all labor, material, and equipment required to complete the UV Glass Fiber Cured-In-Place pipe relining of the existing culverts for 2024.

    MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Any bids received from bidders who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified, who have not obtained COR equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.

    Bidders must have their: Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (“MECP”) Approval Documents or Registrations as set out in Appendix A - RFT Particulars D. 2. 

    DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $40,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario.  Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
