This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (“the City”) to prospective Bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the supply and delivery of six (6) cargo vans, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
