Description
RFB for a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement with qualified contractors to decommission abandoned oil and gas wells in the province of Ontario, through the use of the Abandoned Works Program (AWP). The AWP addresses and funds the plugging of the highest priority abandoned oil and gas wells that pose a threat to public health and safety and to the environment where public and environmental safety may be impacted.

For the purposes of this RFB, there are two distinct classes of Bidder:

1. New Bidders; and

2. Existing AWP Vendors

Bidders should carefully review Attachment 1 – RFB Definitions- Terms and Conditions of this RFB, to determine whether they are a New Bidder or an Existing AWP Vendor.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 17 month(s).
