    Description
    The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario is a provincial Crown agency that reports to the Ministry of the Attorney General. The AGCO is responsible for regulating the alcohol, cannabis, gaming (land-based and online) and horse racing sectors in Ontario.     The objective of this RFB is to engage a service provider (“the Vendor”) who can offer an innovative and comprehensive approach to disability management. The Vendor will provide optimal support to AGCO’s ill or injured employees and help them in the recovery process while staying connected to the workplace. The services provided may include identification of health issues, accommodation recommendations, coordination of treatments and support to address all possible factors that may be preventing employees from successfully returning to work. Upon request, the Vendor will also keep the AGCO abreast of best practices and current issues in the area of disability management.
