Description
The City is requesting quotations from a multi-disciplinary engineering firm to provide design services and contract administration for roof replacement at the Flower City Community Campus (FCCC) Seniors Centre, located at 8870, McLaughlin Road South.
The Consultant will assist the City to transition this asset from a cycle of reactive maintenance to a high-performance, future-ready standard. Beyond simple replacement, the strategic intent is to support climate targets and ensure operational continuity. As the facility serves a vulnerable senior population, continuous climate control and IAQ must be maintained throughout construction.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
