The OPS, to be better positioned in a competitive labour market requires a modern talent acquisition solution that will provide a seamless and intuitive experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers with optimized recruitment processes and service delivery approaches, enabled by technology. A new digital talent acquisition solution will be the key enabler of our larger recruitment modernization initiative and will underpin the many improvements needed to modernize our efforts to attract and retain top talent in today’s highly competitive talent market.
