The AGCO is a provincial Crown agency that reports to the Ministry of the Attorney General. The AGCO is responsible for regulating the alcohol, cannabis, gaming (land-based and online) and horse racing sectors in Ontario. The selected vendor will work with AGCO staff in an initial project phase to perform detailed requirement gathering, finalize designs and service offerings and develop both the initial project plan and set ongoing program commitments. Services required for this proposal include Managed Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), internal vulnerability scanning, administrative monitoring, server file integrity / change monitoring, cyber threat intelligence (supply chain and automatic threat prevention), ongoing security landscape monitoring, incident response support and related services.

NOTE: All Bidders intending to response to this RFB will be required to complete and submit an Intent to Submit form and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of participation.

The contract will be for a period of two (2) years with three (3) options to extend. First option to extend will be for a two (2) year period with second and third options for a one-year period each.
