This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) contains the instructions for the submission of Responses and evaluation criteria to be used to prequalify suitably qualified contractors to submit Tenders for the construction of a fourth, additional Surgical procedures suite on the second floor of the hospital located at 1000 Depalma Dr, Cobourg, ON K9A 5W6, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this RFSQ.
